Custom Stained Glass-Style Acrylic Mosaic Portrait - Deposit

Are you looking for a unique, one of a kind keepsake to celebrate a special memory, occasion, or person in your life? We've got you covered!

We can create a completely custom work of art featuring you, your loved ones, pets, and/or your home! These are faceless designs but we will do our best to capture the likeness of all included subjects. Prices start at $100 for 10x10" and increase depending on complexity. 

This listing is for the $50 deposit - this goes towards time spent collecting information and putting together the drawing and mock-up image and is non-refundable. This will be applied to your end balance. 

Once deposit and survey have been received, you will be placed on our calendar and we will get you an ETA!

Upon purchasing of this deposit listing, you will receive a confirmation email. Please save this - you will not receive anything else until we receive your survey & can then provide the mockup 5-7 business days later.

Step 2: submit survey information with references and any and all relevant information (here) 

Step 3: Approve line-art mock-up or request changes

Step 4: Approve colored mock-up

Step 5: Pay remaining balance & discuss local pickup or shipping options

Step 6: Artwork will be picked up or shipped out.

Terms and conditions: 

• No design work will be done until the nonrefundable $50 deposit is paid on samanthasdoodles.com and survey with reference images has been submitted. If sufficient info is not received, we will reach out with supplemental questions. Please do your best to be thorough- this allows for the most successful projects!
• You will receive an email with a preliminary line-art (non-colored) mockup 5-7 business days after submitting my survey and paying deposit. 
• 3 revisions are included in the design process. After 3, a $25 charge will be applied for additional revisions. 
• After the line-art mock-up is approved, a second colored mock-up will be provided for approval. Colors will be based on images and notes provided in your survey. 
• Once the final mock-up has been approved, an ETA will be provided for time of completion. Typically the process can take 2-3 weeks, depending on if any acrylic needs to be special ordered.
• At this time, the remaining balance will be due. An invoice will be provided by email.
• Samantha's Doodles will do their best to match all colors and finishes as closely as possible, but due to differences in monitors and screens, there may be slight differences.
• Once the piece is finalized, you will receive a photograph & will be given options for shipping. Local pickup is free in the Parkville/21234 area, otherwise shipping can be discussed.
• If the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information after it has been sent.
